Research Psychiatric Center Announces New Vice President of Operations

Research Psychiatric Center (RPC) announced today that Brien-Kevin Walker has joined RPC as Vice President of Operations. In his role, Walker will provide leadership and oversight of much of RPC’s day to day operations. Walker previously worked as a Vice President of Operations for a home health agency in Florida. Additionally, he has worked as a healthcare auditor with Ernst and Young, a Regional Director of Business Operation for Rehability, a physical rehabilitation company, and most recently as a Chief Financial Officer for ten years with Universal Health Services.
In making his announcement Failla stated, “We are very fortunate to have a Vice President of Operations with the depth of healthcare knowledge and experience that Mr. Walker brings to RPC. As a market leader of behavioral health services in the Greater Kansas City area, our commitment is to provide the highest quality services for the greatest value by hiring the best talent in the region.”
Walker graduated with a BA in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from the University of South Florida, Tampa, and is a licensed CPA in the state Florida.
Walker previously worked as a volunteer at the KC Free Health Clinic and is a supporter of various organizations in Kansas City.
