Research Psychiatric Center Announces New Vice President Operations

Research Psychiatric Center (RPC) announces today that Brien-Kevin Walker has joined RPC as Vice President of Operations. In his role, Walker will provide leadership and oversight of most of RPC’s day-to-day operations. Walker previously worked as a Vice President of Operations for a home health agency in Florida. Additionally, he was a healthcare auditor with Ernst and Young, a regional director of business operation for Rehability, worked with a physical rehabilitation company and most recently was a chief financial officer for 10 years with Universal Health Services.

”We are very fortunate to have a Vice President of Operations with the depth of healthcare knowledge and experience that Mr. Walker brings to RPC,” says RPC Chief Executive Officer Richard Failla. “As a market leader of behavioral health services in the Greater Kansas City area, our commitment is to provide the highest quality services for the greatest value by hiring the best talent in the region.”

Walker graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a master’s in business administration from the University of South Florida, Tampa, and is a licensed certified public accountant in Florida. Walker previously worked as a volunteer at the Kansas City Free Health Clinic and is a supporter of various organizations in Kansas City.
